Sav in Paris
Sav ™ was served at an exclusive food event at the Swedish Embassy in Paris, on 13th of January. Embassy’s chef Johan Lundström and silver medalist from the prestigious cooking competition Bocuse d’Or in 2009, Jonas Lundgren, invited to a gastronomic journey with the help of a number of fine Swedish products and raw materials, to spark the interest in Sweden as a food nation .
